Why is Physical Wellbeing vital?

Physical wellbeing is about keeping the body in optimum condition to allow it to function without restriction, free of physical stress, limitation, or fatigue. We’ve all heard the saying, “healthy body, healthy mind” and the link between physical and mental wellbeing is scientifically proven.
