We want to build the most trusted, comprehensive, strategic wellbeing platform for businesses.

Our Vision
We believe that employee wellbeing should be embedded in the success of every organisation’s people strategy. It should be core in everything that makes up the employee experience.
We believe that, driven by the desires and appetite of the modern employee, the lines between HR elements such as learning and development, employee benefits, reward and wellbeing will become increasingly blurred. Businesses and organisations need to think about what support they provide for their employees and more importantly why?
Using the 5 Pillars of Wellbeing as a framework we believe employers can make the best use of their budgets, find their “why?”, and implement changes to create an employee wellbeing driven culture.

Our Story
Our founding team have extensive backgrounds in the employee benefits industry. They have witnessed first-hand the changes that have happened over the last decade and wanted to build a product that helped all businesses, regardless of employee numbers, budget, or industry, take steps to build support that is relevant to them.
Some things we identified:
- Employee expectations have evolved, employees won’t hang around just for a salary, a pension, and some insurance products.
- Businesses look at reward & benefits and employee wellbeing separately – they shouldn’t.
- The workplace wellbeing and benefits market is very fragmented and inefficient.
- Most businesses want to support their employees, they just aren’t sure where or how to get started.
- Many providers specialise in single aspects of wellbeing (e.g. financial or mental)
- Most providers and consultants focus on the ‘top end’ of the market.
We are early in our development of the platform but are dedicated to work with employers and providers to build an experience that genuinely helps everyone.
We are 100% committed to helping businesses put the wellbeing of their teams front and centre.
Why is wellbeing our passion?
There are many reasons that people are disengaged at work or leave organisations. 9 times out of 10, they can be traced back to 1 of the 5 Pillars of Wellbeing.
Addressing the financial, mental, physical, career and social wellbeing needs of individuals can help drive engagement and increase retention.
